Happiness seems to be something common in our daily lives, and it sounds so close to us, yet it isn't really surrounds us.
- Take a few photos every day
- Watch comedy / movies (with happiness as the theme)
- Send greeting cards to friends
- Sometimes, get yourself a big meal
- Have a walk along the beach
- Work out once per week
- Sing loudly while driving
- Find a peaceful place, grab a seat with a cup of hot coffee, and read a book
- Sing while bathing
